These terms cover your use of qintaracorp.com and the booking and messaging services offered on it. By using the site or booking a call, you accept them. Work we perform under a signed agreement is governed by that agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.
Using the site
The site is provided for information and for booking a call. Do not use it to break the law, to interfere with its operation, or to access it in an automated way that degrades it for anyone else. Content and branding on the site belong to Qintara Corp.
Booking a call
A booking is a request for a time on our calendar. It is free, it creates no obligation on either side, and either of us may reschedule or cancel it. Give us accurate contact details so we can reach you.
Text message program
Qintara Corp sends appointment confirmations and reminders by text message to people who have booked a call with us and provided a mobile number for that purpose.
- How you join. You opt in by giving us your mobile number when you book a call on this site or when you book by phone with our receptionist, after being told that we will text you about the appointment.
- What you get. Confirmation of the booking, reminders before it, and messages about rescheduling or cancelling it.
- How often. Message frequency varies with your bookings. Expect roughly one to four messages per booking.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for the messages; your mobile carrier may.
- Stopping. Reply STOP to any message and we will stop texting that number. You will get one confirmation that you have been removed.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message, email hello@qintaracorp.com, or call +1 850-842-6692.
- Carriers. Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or opt-in data with third parties for marketing. See our Privacy Policy.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and what we do with it, and forms part of these terms.
No warranty
The site is provided as is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free, and nothing on it is professional, legal, or financial advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Qintara Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or the messaging program.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
