SMS Opt-In & Consent
Last updated 3 September 2026
This page documents exactly how Qintara Corp collects consent before sending anyone a text message, and what those messages contain. It exists so that anyone reviewing our messaging program — a mobile carrier, a messaging provider, or someone who has received a text from us — can see the full opt-in experience without needing an account or a login.

How consent is collected
There is exactly one way a mobile number enters our messaging program: the person types it into our booking form themselves and ticks a consent checkbox. We do not buy, rent, append, or otherwise acquire phone numbers, we do not collect mobile numbers over the phone or on paper, and we do not text a number obtained any other way.
The booking form at qintaracorp.com/book/
Anyone can reach the consent language in a few seconds, with no account and no login:
- Open https://qintaracorp.com/book/. A disclosure headed “About text messages” is printed directly beneath the calendar and is visible on that first screen.
- In the calendar, click any highlighted date, then click any available time slot.
- Click the Select button that appears next to the chosen time. The details form opens.
- The form asks for first name, last name, phone, and email. Directly above the Schedule meeting button is the consent checkbox shown verbatim below.
The exact text of that checkbox, as it appears on the form:
The checkbox is unchecked by default and must be ticked deliberately by the person booking. It is not pre-selected, and consent to receive texts is not a condition of booking the call or of buying anything from us.
The disclosure printed beneath the calendar on the same page reads:

The live booking calendar is embedded below. Pick any date and time, then click Select, and the consent checkbox appears on the details form. Nothing is booked until Schedule meeting is pressed.
This is Qintara Corp’s own booking calendar. It is served by our scheduling provider, HighLevel, and is the same calendar embedded at qintaracorp.com/book/.
What the messages look like
Every message identifies Qintara Corp by name and relates only to an appointment the recipient booked.
